* Harassment, intimidation, or repeated targeting of other members
* Pornographic, graphic, illegal, or otherwise unlawful content
Different opinions are welcome, but mutual respect is expected.
2. Keep Discussions Professional
We encourage members to share topics such as:
* Product experience
* Project case studies
* Installation tips
* Technical discussions
* Industry trends
* Product feedback
* Feature suggestions
Please keep discussions relevant to conference systems, audiovisual technology, and related industries.
Spam, duplicate posts, irrelevant discussions, unauthorized advertising, or malicious content may be removed by the administrators.
3. Freedom of Expression
VISSONIC respects every member’s right to express personal opinions.
You are welcome to share your experiences, suggestions, constructive criticism, or feedback regarding our products and services.
However, all content must comply with these Community Guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
Please note:
All posts, comments, and replies represent the personal opinions of their authors and do not represent the views or official position of VISSONIC.
4. Content Review
To maintain a safe and professional community, VISSONIC Community uses automated content moderation.
If a post or comment contains:
* Sensitive words
* Inappropriate language
* Prohibited content
* Suspicious or abnormal behavior detected by the system
it may be automatically placed into Pending Review before becoming publicly visible.
Our administrators will review the content and determine whether it complies with the community rules.
If violations are confirmed, VISSONIC reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:
* Removing the content
* Restricting posting privileges
* Temporarily suspending the account
* Permanently banning the account
Accounts suspended or banned due to policy violations will not receive additional notifications regarding the enforcement action.
5. Account & Security
Please keep your account credentials and verification codes secure.
Only the following accounts represent VISSONIC officially:
* Admin
* VISSONIC Official
All other accounts are community members.
VISSONIC will never ask you for:
* Your account password
* Email verification codes
* SMS verification codes
* Bank account information
* Payment information
* Money transfers
* Cryptocurrency payments
If anyone claiming to represent VISSONIC requests this information, stop communicating immediately and report the account to Admin.
VISSONIC is not responsible for any losses resulting from voluntarily sharing your account information, verification codes, or financial credentials.
6. Intellectual Property
Please ensure that you have the legal right to publish any content you upload.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Images
* Videos
* Documents
* Software
* Drawings
* Technical materials
Do not upload content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or any other intellectual property rights.
VISSONIC reserves the right to remove infringing content and cooperate with rights holders where required.
7. Advertising & Commercial Activities
Without prior authorization, please do not post:
* Commercial advertisements
* Promotional links
* Repetitive marketing content
* Spam
* Unauthorized business promotions
Authorized partners may publish relevant information only in designated community sections approved by VISSONIC.
8. Reporting Violations
If you encounter:
* Inappropriate content
* Harassment
* Spam
* Fake or impersonated official accounts
* Security concerns
Please use the community reporting feature or contact Admin directly.
Our moderation team will review the report as quickly as possible.
9. Community Management
To maintain a healthy and professional environment, VISSONIC reserves the right to:
* Remove content that violates these guidelines
* Edit obvious formatting or administrative issues where necessary
* Lock or close inappropriate discussions
* Restrict community features
* Temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts
VISSONIC may take immediate action against behavior that seriously disrupts community operations or poses security risks.
