    Can the E-ink Nameplate be updated wirelessly from a PC?

    We also looked at the WIFI Wireless Name Plate. Not sure which one is easier for frequent meetings with different participants.

      Both can be updated wirelessly from a PC, but they suit different usage patterns.

      The E-ink Nameplate uses ultra-low power (only consumes power when the name changes), so it is great for fixed seats and long battery life.

      The WIFI Wireless Name Plate is more responsive for frequent updates — when you have different participants in every meeting and want the names refreshed quickly, the WIFI version is easier to manage. For a room with frequent, changing participants, I would recommend the WIFI wireless name plate.
