Unsolved Paperless conference setup for a boardroom with camera tracking

Hello, we are planning a new boardroom for about 24 seats.

The idea is to use 11.6" Paperless Desktop Multimedia Conference Units, electronic nameplates, and camera tracking. We also need voting and basic document viewing.

My questions are:

Should each seat use a paperless unit with built-in microphone, or separate discussion units?

Can the camera tracking controller follow the active speaker from the paperless unit?

Is one controller enough for 24 seats?

Any recommended system topology would be helpful.

For a 24-seat boardroom, here is how I would structure it:

Per-seat units — use the 11.6" Paperless Desktop Multimedia Conference Unit (with built-in microphone) at each seat, so each delegate gets document viewing, voting, name display and speech in one device. This avoids running separate discussion units.

Camera tracking — yes, the paperless unit reports the active speaker to the Camera Auto-tracking Controller, so it follows whoever is speaking. One controller is enough for 24 seats, with a preset set for each seat.

Topology — paperless controller + conference main unit for the audio chain, the camera tracking controller for the cameras, and the nameplate controller if you use separate name plates. All of these sit on the same network backbone.

This gives you a tidy, single-system boardroom with voting, document viewing and automatic camera framing.
