      Yes, absolutely. The 11.6" / 15.6" Paperless Multimedia Conference Unit works perfectly for viewing agenda files and participant names — that is its core daily use. The unit also doubles as an electronic name plate, showing the delegate's name on screen.

      Voting is an optional module, so you can start with document viewing and name display now, and add voting later without replacing the units. Just add the voting function through the paperless system controller when you are ready.
