      Yes, it can do both. The 4K60 HDMI 8×9 Seamless Matrix and Video Wall Processor shows one HDMI source stretched across all screens (your 3×3 wall), and also supports multiple windows — up to four separate sources in different zones at the same time.

      So you get the single-image mode for presentations, and you can switch to a four-window layout when you need to monitor several sources side by side. Layout switching is done through the control interface or WEB GUI.
