      The wireless discussion units run on their own rechargeable batteries, so the audio and voting at the seats keep working even if the mains drops — a full charge covers several hours of continuous use.

      The parts you should protect with a UPS are the conference processor, the 5G WiFi access point and the network switch, since those are mains-powered and the whole wireless system depends on them. With those on UPS, your meeting continues seamlessly through a short power failure.
