      No, the WIFI Wireless Name Plates do not require the full paperless conference system. They can be driven by their own dedicated controller just for name display.

      So if your client only needs electronic name plates on the desks — without document sharing, voting screens or a paperless server — you can install the name plates with a standalone controller and keep the rest of the room unchanged.
