Releasing the vitality of scientific and technological innovation and building a sustainable city, VISSONIC’s focus today turns to Xi’an, China. From October 16–18, two important conferences will be held: the Council Meeting of the United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) and the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) “Bridge for Cities,” hereinafter referred to as UCLG World Council 2026.

The year 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the United Nations and the 10th anniversary of the “Bridge for Cities” initiative. This event will welcome representatives from more than 60 countries, 146 cities and international organizations, with over 600 participants. VISSONIC provides audio technology and support for UCLG World Council 2026, safeguarding the success of the conference.

Project Background:

If the eyes are the windows to the world, then sound is the bridge that connects us. Using sound to convey the most emotional messages, VISSONIC will provide a full digital conference system for UCLG World Council 2026.
How to achieve extremely stable audio performance when live TV signals, media signals, and wireless signals coexist? Traditional conference equipment has difficulty performing stably in such environments. It needs to be simple, easy to use, and practical. VISSONIC faces three challenges.

Challenge the Impossible:

In analyzing the scenarios of UCLG World Council 2026, we discovered the core issues and fully understood the three requirements raised by the client.

A. Simplicity:
4 keys + volume knob, supports interpretation channel expansion.

Power, Off, Agree, Disagree — four keys in total + one volume wheel. Simple and clear. In scenarios requiring interpretation, VIS-DEC-T also supports customized control panels, adding 3–5 interpretor channels (the number of channels can be adjusted according to specific needs).

B. Ease of Use:
No howling, supports daisy-chain loop, 6 speaking modes, camera tracking.

If traditional microphones cause howling or disconnection, VISSONIC’s AudioLink-supported conference system is worth trying. It supports daisy-chain looping (any device can still function even if one cable fails), camera tracking, and six speaking modes — simple and easy to use.

C. Practicality:
CAT5e single-cable installation, unified management of seats and materials via upper-level software.

After solving the first two points, installation and daily management remain. With our AudioLink protocol, conference units can be installed using a single Cat5e cable, which means saving a large amount of labor and material resources during project deployment and speeding up installation progress. In daily management, our upper-level software can check conference unit status, control speaking, manage meeting materials, and manage seating arrangements.

The UCLG World Council 2026 conference has successfully concluded. VISSONIC received unanimous praise from the users. “The equipment operation is very intuitive and requires almost no training,” said the conference technical support staff. VISSONIC turned the client’s seemingly impossible requirements into reality through scenario analysis, conference simulations, and testing, ultimately achieving project success.
