VISSONIC Paperless Conference System Deployed at the Supreme Court of Mongolia

Project Background

To advance digital judicial administration, the Supreme Court of Mongolia has adopted the VISSONIC paperless multimedia conference solution to renovate and upgrade four core judicial conference rooms within the court premises. The project aims to build a professional judicial conference environment that is fully digital, paperless, highly secure and efficient.

Before the upgrade, the original equipment only supported basic speech and simple voting functions, with no capability for online viewing of electronic documents. A large number of case files and legal documents relied on paper printing and circulation, resulting in high consumable costs, low case-handling efficiency and poor document confidentiality.

Meanwhile, to meet the requirements of judicial independence, information security and confidentiality, as well as simultaneous parallel meetings across multiple venues, the system must ensure independent and interference-free operation of each conference room, effectively safeguarding trial security and judicial authority.

Against the background of judicial administrative scenarios, the Supreme Court of Mongolia defined 2 core requirements:

Project Solution

The project adopts the VISSONIC fully digital paperless conference system solution, centered on the VIS‑PMU‑T paperless desktop multimedia conference unit, paired with equipment such as the VIS‑DCP2000‑D full digital networked DSP conference processor to fully meet the core user needs.

● Electronic Document Online Viewing: Equipped with an 11.6-inch HD capacitive touch screen, the VIS‑PMU‑T paperless conference unit supports common formats including DOC, PPT, EXCEL, TXT, PDF, images and videos, enabling online viewing and annotation of electronic documents.

● Screen Synchronization: Supports synchronous projection of content from any conference unit to all conference units and large screens. It enables unified display and collaborative viewing of conference materials, effectively improving overall collaboration efficiency.

● Speech & Voting: Speech, gooseneck microphones and voting hardware modules are optionally configured according to actual conference needs, highly integrating the scattered functions of the original equipment, simplifying on-site layout and realizing unified management.

2. Independent Operation of Each Conference Room

Each conference room is equipped with an independent system, supporting independent power-on and independent conference management, allowing simultaneous operation without mutual interference. The system adopts VSCON‑Giga gigabit network technology and data isolation technology, ensuring independent transmission of conference audio, video and control signals without crosstalk.
